By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from two types of users: registered users who create accounts ("Account Holders") and non-registered users who submit information via open URLs ("End Users"). The types of information we collect include:

You may also provide additional information, such as billing details or preferences, during account setup or use.
- End User Information: End Users may submit information (e.g., name, email, phone number, or other details) through open URLs provided by Account Holders. This information is collected and stored by the Service and shared with the specific Account Holder associated with the URL.
- Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and improve the Service. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide and Improve the Service: To create and manage accounts, process subscriptions, enable campaign creation, and deliver open URL functionality.
- Data Sharing for Account Holders: Information submitted by End Users via an open URL is shared with the associated Account Holder to support their campaigns.
- Analytics and Performance: To monitor and analyze usage, improve functionality, and enhance user experience.
- Communication: To send account-related notifications, updates, or promotional materials (you may opt out of marketing communications).
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:
- With Account Holders: End User information submitted via an open URL is shared only with the specific Account Holder associated with that URL.
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting services) to operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or regulatory request.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
The Company retains access to all data submitted through the Service for operational purposes, such as maintenance, compliance, and analytics.
4. Data Security

- Access and Update: Account Holders can access and update their account information through the Service’s settings.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing communications by following unsubscribe instructions in emails or contacting us.

6. Account Holder Responsibilities
Account Holders are responsible for handling End User data in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). This includes obtaining necessary consents from End Users before collecting their information via open URLs and using the data only for lawful purposes.
